Who we are
Blink Index ("we", "us") operates this website and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), usage data (URLs you submit, submission status, credit history), payment data (billing name, country, transaction records — card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us), and technical data (IP address, browser, device, cookies needed for sign-in).
How we use it
To provide the service, process submissions, manage credits and payments, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, tax and invoicing; our indexing network partner (submitted URLs only); and hosting/infrastructure providers. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as required by law (e.g. tax records) afterwards.
