You can request a full refund of any credit pack within 14 days of purchase.

Contact us via the Contact page, or reach Paddle (our Merchant of Record) through the link in your purchase receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Failed submissions
Credits for submissions that fail on our side are automatically returned to your balance.
